Acupressure

Acupressure is similar to acupuncture in that it involves manipulation of points along the body's meridians. Instead of using needles to actually penetrate the points, acupressure employs the use of the fingers, palms, knuckles, elbows or other instruments to apply physical pressure to the points to manipulated the flow of Chi around the body. The diagram below shows the lines that represent the meridans in which chi flows around the body.
